Welcome to AUVERELLE. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AUVERELLE. AUVERELLE operates this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). AUVERELLE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours after purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees may be added at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted with an order.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Some AUVERELLE products are fulfilled through third-party partners and may ship from outside the United States.

Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, copy, sell, or commercially exploit protected AUVERELLE content.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AUVERELLE is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through our store are made directly with AUVERELLE. Shopify is not the seller of AUVERELLE products except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to you under its own terms.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, analyze performance, and support marketing functions.

11. FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, photographs, comments, or other feedback, you grant AUVERELLE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
