BEFORE YOUR FIRST BUILD

A few helpful answers.

Know what is in your kit, what you will need, and what happens after you order.

Ask us a question ↗
Do I need building tools?
Metal-model assembly needs suitable precision tools. Our two-piece plier and nipper set is sold separately; reuse suitable tools you already own.
Who are these kits for?
For ages 14 and up. These kits contain small parts and metal edges. Work carefully and keep them away from young children.
Is this a ready-made model?
No. These are DIY assembly kits. You build the model yourself using the supplied instructions. Assembly takes patience, and build time varies by model and experience.
Is shipping really free?
Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. Applicable taxes or import duties may still apply.
When will my order arrive?
Orders may ship from overseas. Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and destination; check checkout for available estimates. Tracking is provided when available after fulfillment.
What if I need to return it?
Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Review the return policy for condition requirements and postage details, and contact us before sending an item back. Returns & refunds ↗

Your first build

Make room for the small details.

A little preparation makes intricate metal work more enjoyable. Follow the instructions included with your model.

01

Set up your space.

Choose a well-lit table, lay out the instructions, and keep small parts in a tray. Have your cutters and pliers within reach.

02

Check before you bend.

Find the next part, check its orientation, and follow the diagram for each connection. Cut only the parts you need for the current step. Repeated bending can weaken metal.

03

Build at your own pace.

Use a gentle touch, take breaks, and return to the photos when you want to inspect the finished shape. This is a project to enjoy, not a race.
